Platform privacy policy

Not legal advice. This page is the platform policy for people who create accounts on VinDesq. It is not a rooftop’s FTC / GLBA customer notice.

VinDesq stores account identity, workspace membership, and the operational records you enter (inventory, deals, jackets, messages). We use that data to run the service, send transactional mail, and meet security and billing needs.

Each workspace also keeps its own customer files (including privacy notices and ID copies). Those records belong to that rooftop. Dealers must supply their own customer-facing notice in the deal / customer jacket.
